This means that the asphalt shingles have begun to deteriorate and are nearing the end of their lifespan.
Holes
If light and rain come through holes on your roof and you notice signs of moisture, you can opt for quick repairs on your roof. However, if there is structural damage and the roof was installed years or decades ago, the replacement of the whole roof may be the better option.
